As a project director for the Texas A&M Natural Resources Institute, Dr. Mat Kramm supports the execution of DoD projects. Dr. Kramm retired from the Air Force with more than thirty years serving as the Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and Air Force Installation and Mission Support (AFIMSC) Headquarters Biologist/Entomologist. His background includes serving as technical consultant for one hundred twenty-two military installations in support of biologically related water, pesticide, wildlife, conservation, and NEPA issues. Dr. Kramm has degrees (B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.) in biology, entomology and wildlife ecology and natural resources management.
